Human Design is best used as a mirror, not a rulebook. Here is a plain-language starting point.
What the chart describes
A Human Design chart is a map of tendencies: how you engage, where you are consistent, and where you are open and easily influenced.
Type and strategy
Type describes your general way of engaging with the world; strategy describes how initiation tends to work best for you.
Authority
Authority points to where your most reliable decision-making signal lives — the body, the emotional wave, or a slower knowing over time.
How to use it
Treat every element as an experiment. Keep what proves useful in lived experience and leave the rest.
Human Design is a language for self-observation, not a verdict.
