A Human Design chart is a map of tendencies: how you engage, where you are consistent, and where you are open and easily influenced.

Type and strategy

Type describes your general way of engaging with the world; strategy describes how initiation tends to work best for you.

Authority

Authority points to where your most reliable decision-making signal lives — the body, the emotional wave, or a slower knowing over time.

How to use it

Treat every element as an experiment. Keep what proves useful in lived experience and leave the rest.

Human Design is a language for self-observation, not a verdict.
